About Me
I am a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Management graduate with practical experience supporting HR operations in healthcare and nonprofit environments. I completed my BS (Honors) in Management, specializing in Human Resource Management, from the University of the Punjab in 2025.
During my internship at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, I assisted with recruitment and selection, employee record management, performance management, and HR documentation. This experience strengthened my understanding of structured HR processes, professional confidentiality, accuracy, and the importance of effective people management within a leading healthcare institution.
My virtual internship with Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan expanded my experience beyond conventional HR responsibilities. I contributed to volunteer recruitment, community service, brainstorming sessions, proposal development, and the Daana Paani animal-welfare project. This opportunity improved my teamwork, leadership, communication, and ability to coordinate people around meaningful social initiatives.

My core strengths include time management, multitasking, adaptability, collaboration, and organized documentation. I am particularly interested in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and HR analytics.
